Love & death on long island is highly overlooked, as is the Oliver stone produced Gravesend.
Possibly no the most underated film of all time but certainly one that didn't get the respect it deserved, 'Where the Day Takes You' (1989 -I think) Lara Flynn Boyle, Will Smith and Rick Lake.
Sound appaling I know but a thoroughly entertaining, and in parts, moving film.
so there.
UNDERATED FILM OF ALL TIME
from dusk till dawn
what a cool film, god of directors Robert Rodriguez, produced by Tarantino...
george clooney with the best tattoo ever and the best lines .... Keitel as the vamp slaying preacher ......
well thats my thought!
Two good films that never really got the ercognition for being good are:
The Mighty
and
The Iron Giant
Although they are considered children films, they were really good and underated
The Game , by David Fincher
An excellent movie with a genius plot, and it hasn t make much noise, though.
Yup,
I have to agree that was one very
understated film.
A "Mind Fuck" story, if you will.
did anyone see "divorcing jack"?
That was interesting
(I probably just liked seeing one of my favourite Australian actors dressed as a gun weilding nun, trying her best for and Irish accent - so feel free to ignore me)
I can think of a film called Robotix, it was a childrens cartoon, but I used to LOVE it as a kid.
It came on Bravo or something about 2 years ago, and I taped it... I lost the tape though...
I think it was done late 80's or early 90's...
You've probably never heard of it, and I can't find it anywhere.
(If anyone's got a copy, I'm interested in buying it!)
